You can delete your Keystone data yourself at any time. Deletion can't be undone.
This removes your login, your profile and your access to every company. If you're the only admin of a company that has other people on it, make someone else an admin or delete the company first. Records a company keeps about work you did for it (such as jobs and hours) stay with that company, without your name or email.
Admins can open Company profile and choose Delete company. This permanently deletes all of that company's clients, estimates, jobs, photos, receipts, invoices and payments records, and cancels its paid plan. Payments already collected in your own Stripe account stay there.
Email [email protected] from the address on your account and we'll delete it within 30 days. Copies in our backups are erased within 30 days of deletion.
