Terms of Use

Keystone · Last updated October 20, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you (and the company you use Keystone for) and Keystone ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Keystone, you agree to them.

Your account

You must give accurate information and keep your password safe. You're responsible for what happens under your account and for the teammates you invite. Company admins decide who is on their team and what role they have.

Your data

You own the business records you put into Keystone. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You're responsible for having the right to enter your clients' and crew's information and for any messages you send them through Keystone.

Acceptable use

Don't use Keystone to break the law, send spam, upload harmful code, access other companies' data, or interfere with the service.

Plans and billing

Some features need a paid plan. Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled, and are billed through Stripe. You can cancel any time from Plan & billing; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Except where the law requires, payments aren't refunded. We'll give notice before changing prices.

Connected services

Stripe and other services you connect are provided by their own companies under their own terms. Payments you collect go to your own Stripe account; Keystone isn't a party to them. We aren't responsible for those services' availability or for changes you make in them.

No warranty

Keystone is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available but don't promise it will be error-free or uninterrupted. Totals, profit figures and synced records are tools to help you; check them before relying on them for tax, payroll or legal purposes.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us for Keystone in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending use

You can stop using Keystone at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or don't pay. You can ask for a copy of your data before your account is closed.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. If we change them, we'll update the date above; continuing to use Keystone after a change means you accept it.
